1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the ApexArena app or using our match orchestration infrastructure, you agree to comply with and be explicitly bound by these Rules of Engagement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access our platform.
2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
ApexArena enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against hacking, scripting, modifying internal assets, or exploitation of bugs in integrated Battle Royale environments (e.g., BGMI, Free Fire). Violating users risk an instantaneous hardware ban and immediate distribution forfeiture.
3. Tournament Allocation
All distributed prize allocations and matchmaking rulesets are managed explicitly by the ApexArena internal administration panel. Decisions rendered regarding validation of match results, leaderboard disputes, and competitive payouts are absolute and final.
4. Account Integrity
Users are individually responsible for securing their credentials. Your registered identity must match your mobile gaming handle. Selling, trading, or transferring match slots to third-party players is strictly prohibited.
